Practice Fairway at Rowville – Synthetic Tee

Dear Members
The Board is pleased to announce an upcoming upgrade to our driving range facilities, with works to commence shortly.
This project will deliver a new synthetic tee replacing the existing, improving the undercover area at the Rowville site, and significantly enhancing the overall quality of the facility. As many members would appreciate, the current range has served the Club well over time; however, this upgrade represents an important step forward in ensuring our facilities reflect the standard we expect.
The driving range remains one of the Club’s most valued and highly utilised assets. As a complimentary facility for members, including our junior members and junior clinics, it plays a key role in both attracting new members and enhancing the experience of those already part of our community. This upgrade is an initiative aligned to our strategic plan, supporting member engagement, enhancing our facilities and course offering, and strengthening both member recruitment and retention.
To help bring this upgrade to life and continue reinvesting back into the Club, we are inviting a limited number of corporate partners and businesses connected to our membership to be part of this project through a targeted sponsorship program.
By supporting this initiative, sponsors will be directly contributing to the improvement of our facilities and the ongoing strength and growth of our membership, while also gaining meaningful visibility within a well-engaged club community.
The following sponsorship opportunities are available:
Gold Sponsor – $2,500 (GST Inc.) – Limited Opportunities
• Acknowledgement as a major partner of the driving range upgrade
• Prominent signage at the driving range
• Selective recognition across Club communications (newsletter, website and social media)
• Corporate Partner listing on the Club website
• Dedicated sponsor feature in the Club newsletter
• 20 x 18 Hole Green Fee Passes
Silver Sponsor – $1,000 (GST Inc.)
• Selective recognition across Club communications (newsletter, website and social media)
• Individual signage on sponsor board at the driving range
• 8 x 18 Hole Green Fee Passes
Bronze Sponsor – $500 (GST Inc.)
• Inclusion on sponsor recognition board at the driving range
• 4 x 18 Hole Green Fee Passes
We encourage members who own, manage, or have connections with local businesses to help connect us with potential partners and share this opportunity.
Please feel free to reach out to our General Manager, Matthew Taylor, or myself for a conversation about how you or your business can play a role in supporting this upgrade and investing back into the Club.
The Board looks forward to delivering this important upgrade and thanks you for your ongoing support of the Churchill Waverley Golf and Bowls Club.
Yours sincerely
Mark Blundell
